Contentions

CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS: Claimant contended that the allegations or information presented against her were factually impossible or clearly erroneous. Additionally, claimant contended that she was not a registered person during the time period of the allegations and therefore could not have been involved in the alleged investment-related sales practice violations, forgery, theft, misappropriation, or conversion of funds.

RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS: Respondent supported claimant's request for expungement but denied any allegation of wrongdoing.

Result

The arbitrator found for the claimant and recommended expungement of all underlying claims.
