Facts
Lisa Detanna filed an arbitration claim against Citigroup Global Markets in relation to two customer complaints on her Central Registration Depository records.
Contentions
CLAIMANT'S CONTENTIONS: Claimant requested expungement of two underlying arbitrations from her Central Registration Depository records because she contended the allegations were false.
RESPONDENT'S CONTENTIONS: Respondent did not oppose the arbitration request.
Result
The arbitrator recommended expungement of the underlying arbitrations because it found that the customers selected their own stocks and they resisted claimant's advice that they should have a more balanced equity portfolio. It further found that claimant did not commit any sales practice violations or do anything wrong.
