Facts

Mahim Khan was an employee of Alki David Productions and Filmon TV, Inc. She filed a lawsuit against those entities and their owner and CEO, Alki David for battery, sexual battery and sexual harassment.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that Defendant Alki David would approach her in her cubicle and grab her neck and shove her heard towards his crotch, sometimes making contact. She also contended that he grabbed her vagina and breasts on multiple occasions.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants contended that the allegations were untrue and that no sexual harassment occurred.

Result

The jury found for plaintiff and awarded her $8.25 million in compensatory damages and $50 million in punitive damages.
