Jennifer Riddles filed an application for disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act on June 9, 2015. Her initial application was denied. She was subsequently found not disabled by an Administrative Law Judge. She petitioned the district court to review and reverse the ALJ's finding.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that she suffered a right ankle injury that forced her to have surgery. Plaintiff contended that the injury prevented her from working as a veterinary technician.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant contended that her injury did not render her disabled. Defendant contended that since she was not disabled, she remained able to work.
