Plaintiff Hoda Samuel, a prisoner in federal custody brought this 42 U.S.C Section 1983 prisoner's civil rights cause of action against defendants United States Department of Justice, and Susan Gerson.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: First, plaintiff contended that she was sentenced to serve a prison term of 120 months and pay damages for over three million dollars even though the prosecution submitted a false list of victims to the court. Second, plaintiff contended that defendants violated her rights by denying her requests under the Freedom of Information Act. Plaintiff further contended that defendants conspired to deprive plaintiff's constitutional rights to equal protection and due process of law.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied plaintiff's contentions.

Result

The court dismissed plaintiff's third amended complaint without leave to amend.
