Plaintiff Nicholas Renault filed a lawsuit against defendants Dante Dalporto, Molly Alsnauer and Erik Perez after being involved in a multi-car vehicle accident that occurred on Interstate 280, southbound near Ocean Ave.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended defendants were negligent and their acts were the cause of injuries and damages to plaintiff.

DEFENDANTS CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied the allegations. Dalporto contended that plaintiff and co-defendants caused and contributed to the accident. Dalporto was rear-ended by plaintiff and plaintiff was then rear-ended by co-defendants.

Result

The parties entered into a settlement agreement and Perez agreed to pay $15,000 to plaintiff.
