Contentions
PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS: Plaintiffs contended that defendant failed to comply with the California Labor Code and Fair Labor Standards Act when allocating pay to plaintiffs. Plaintiffs further contended that defendants conduct in violating wage-and-hour laws warranted penalties under California's Private Attorneys General Act.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied the contentions.
Result
The parties entered a $3.75 million settlement agreement.
