Luiz Rios was an Army volunteer who's vehicle was rear-ended by a vehicle operated by Alexander Perez while the two were driving on State Route 60.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that defendant negligently operated his vehicle to cause the collision with plaintiff. Plaintiff also contended that the collision caused injuries that defendant was liable for.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant admitted plaintiff's contentions.
