Contentions

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS: Plaintiffs contended that defendant withheld overtime pay from all non-exempt employees who worked for them at the Camp Pendleton Marine Base. Plaintiffs also contended that defendants did not provide rest periods or timely pay wages in violation of various California Labor Code sections.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied the contentions.

Result

The parties entered a $900,000 settlement agreement.
