Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that defendant's fishing line leaders and pouches contained Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP), without providing adequate warnings.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied the contentions.

Result

The case settled for $26,000 including $20,000 in attorney fees. Defendant also agreed to reformulate the products.
