Plaintiff Strike 3 Holdings, LLC owned rights to adult motion pictures that were distributed through the "Black Raw" adult website and DVDs. Plaintiff filed a copyright infringement complaint against defendant John Doe subscriber assigned IP address 174.85.39.241.
Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that defendant has been infringing plaintiff's adult motion pictures by illegally downloading plaintiff's motion pictures using a BitTorrent protocol and then distributing them to other users without plaintiff's authorization. Plaintiff claimed infringement of 155 works.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied plaintiff's contentions.
