Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended she tripped and fell on the sidewalk in front of her home due to a dangerous condition of public property caused by the Department of Public Works.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied Plaintiff's contentions and argued it did not know about the alleged dangerous conditions.

Result

The parties agreed to settle for the amount of $24,500.
