PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended he suffered from personal injuries when Plaintiff tripped and fell over an uncovered utility box on the sidewalk. Plaintiff contended Defendants were negligent in their failure to remedy such dangerous condition of public property.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied Plaintiff's contentions and any other alleged wrongdoing. Defendants' further contended Plaintiff assumed the risk when he engaged in such activity.
