Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff claimed that defendant falsely advertised its Rabbit Feed product as corn-free when it did, in fact, contain corn and by doing so constituted fraudulent business practices.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied any claims of wrongdoing.

Result

The case reached a settlement of $62,500 to be paid on a claims made basis to class members, and Defendant agreed to pay attorneys' fees and costs.
