Facts

In October 2019, the Kincade Fire burned around 77,758 acres and destroyed 374 structures. In March 2021, the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection concluded that PG&E equipment was the source of the Zogg Fire. Sonoma County, City of Santa Rosa, Town of Windsor, City of Cloverdale, and City of Healdsburg sued PG&E regarding the 2019 Kincade Fire, and Shasta and Tehama counties filed suit against PG&E regarding the 2020 Zogg Fires.
