On July 27, 2018, Robert Steinman's decedent was struck by an automobile and killed while crossing Admiralty Way in Marina Del Ray, California.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that the public property, the roadway, was a dangerous condition. Plaintiff contended that the dangerous condition caused him to sustain injuries.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied all of the contentions.

Result
