Plaintiff Brad M. Klipper and Long Beach Police Officer Jose Rios were involved in an automobile collision at the intersection of Santa Fe Ave. and Pacific Coast Highway in the City of Long Beach, California. As a result, Klipper filed suit against the City of Long Beach and Officer Rios.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that Officer Rios negligently caused the collision and that defendants are liable for plaintiff's injuries and damages.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied all contentions.

Result

The case settled for $142,500.
