Facts

Maria Bacerra, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, brought a class action complaint against Sunridge Nurseries, Inc., and Glen Stroller. The class included all current and former non-exempt field or nursey employees employed by Sunridge Nurseries in California at any time from September 16, 2015, to July 14, 2022. Sunridge represented that the class consisted of approximately 797 class members.

Contentions

Further, plaintiff contended that as a result of these violations, defendant engaged in unfair business practices.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied all contentions.
