On May 9, 2019, plaintiff Ulicer Sarceno, 30, was driving his 2008 Scion northbound on Los Angeles Street, in the #1 of 2 lanes. Defendant Karen Dallakyan suddenly pulled her 2014 BMW from a parking location on the same street into traffic, striking the right side of plaintiff's auto, sending plaintiff to the Emergency Department at LA County/USC Medical Center

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff argued that he was lawfully driving when he was suddenly struck by defendant's vehicle, because of defendant Karen Dallakyan's negligence, causing him injuries and damages.
DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant contended that plaintiff had pre-existing injuries and that some of his treatment, as well as the rates charged therefor, were not reasonable or caused by the subject accident.
