On September 12, 2018, Sarah Hile went to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services located in the city of Lancaster. While there, she slipped and fell on the floor. She then filed suit against Los Angeles County.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that there was a dangerous condition, water on the floor, defendant did not address that caused her injuries.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied all contentions.

Result

The case settled for $25,000.
