Facts

Plaintiff Wilfredo Coca-Orellana was side-swiped in the left front side while driving southbound on North Florence, at West Oak Street, by defendant Kathleen Ann Molloy, who was driving westbound on West Oak Street, through a stop sign.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that defendant negligently drove past the stop sign without stopping, and was thus 100% liable for the accident.

DEFENDANT'S CONTENTIONS: Defendant contended that some of plaintiff's injuries pre-existed, so were not caused by the accident, and questioned the reasonableness of plaintiff's healthcare providers' treatment and billing.
