Facts

Plaintiff construction company was retained as a contractor to replace sewers and renovate pavement in various San Francisco neighborhoods. Plaintiff brought a breach of contract claim against the City and County of San Francisco alleging, among other things, that the City failed to provide complete and accurate plans and specifications; unreasonably protracted the change order approval process; failed to adjust the contract amount to reflect extra work, changes, differing site conditions, disruptions, and work suspensions; failed to make timely payments; and failed to pay all amounts owed to Plaintiff.

Result

The case settled for $137,000.
