Facts

Plaintiff Priscilla Martinez filed a class action against defendants, a property management company and its affiliates, alleging that they violated various provisions of the Labor Code by failing to, among other things: (1) pay all minimum wages; (2) pay all overtime wags; (3) pay all accrued vacation wages; (4) provide rest/meal periods and pay missed rest/meal period premiums; (5) pay wages timely during employment; and (6) indemnify all necessary business expenditures. Defendants denied all of Plaintiff's allegations, claims, and contentions.

Result

The case settled for $2,750,000.
