Facts

On October 26, 2018, around the area of Sansome and Merchant streets, a San Francisco Fire Department vehicle collided with the car in which Jonathan Valladares was a passenger. Valladares, suffering injuries, sued the City and County of San Francisco, its fire department and others for negligence, along with California Vehicle and Government Code violations.

Contentions

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff asserted that defendants' negligent action caused the collision that resulted in his injuries.

DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied all contentions.

Result

The case settled for $45,000.
