Contentions
PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff contended that on December 4, 2020, he was riding his bicycle when a vehicle owned and operated by the defendants collided with him; that, because of this collision, he suffered serious injuries; that the defendants had been negligent; and that they were liable to him for damages.
DEFENDANTS' COTNENTIONS: The defendants denied any wrongdoing or liability.
Result
The parties reached a settlement agreement wherein the defendants admitted no wrongdoing or liability but agreed to pay $50,000 to settle the plaintiff's claims.
