Facts
This matter involves four Plaintiffs. It was alleged that while Gregory Gardner was the Public Defender for San Bernardino County he used his position of power to coerce sex from one Plaintiff and that he inappropriately touched a second Plaintiff. It was also alleged by the four Plaintiffs that there was an overall hostile work environment characterized by the inappropriate conduct of others.
