This catastrophic collision occurred on March 12, 2022, at approximately 6:15 A.M., on Woosley Canyon Road, approximately 991 feet east of Rocky Mesa Place, in West Hills, California, Los Angeles County. Defendant approached a curve on Woosley Canyon Road, east of Rocky Mesa Place, she veered her vehicle into the eastbound lane on Woosley Canyon Road, while traveling westbound on Woosley Canyon Road, directly in the path plaintiff was lawfully driving her vehicle, causing a head on collision. The fire personnel, EMS, and police officers arrived on scene after witnesses heard the loud impact of the vehicles colliding and observed the major damage.

Plaintiff tragically died 65 minutes after the vehicles collided, due to the traumatic injuries she sustained from the blunt force impact.
