Facts
On December 2, 2020, Melissa Del Real was making a left turn onto westbound 108th Street from northbound Alameda Street in the City of Lynwood. As she made the turn, her Toyota Sedan was struck by a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Ford Crown Victoria vehicle driven by a deputy sheriff who was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes with emergency lights flashing and siren activated. Del Real filed suit against the deputy and Los Angeles County.

PLAINTIFF'S CONTENTIONS: Plaintiff claimed she suffered injuries and damages from the collision.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendant denied all contentions.
