Facts

Angelique Soto purchased a new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. When she experienced issues with the vehicle during the warranty period, she took the car in repairs to an authorized dealer. After several attempts to fix the problems, Soto requested a buyback or restitution, which was denied. Soto then sued FCA US LLC and Razzari Dodge Inc. In Orange County Superior for breach of warranty. Razzari was later dismissed and the case removed to USDC Central.

Result

Without admitting liability, FCA settled the case for $112,879.20.
