Plaintiff Luis Orozco sued Ford Motor Company, asserting violations of the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, as well as claims for breach of implied warranty of merchantability and fraudulent inducement-concealment relating to a vehicle he purchased. Defendant served Plaintiff with a Rule 68 offer of judgment.

Result

Plaintiff accepted Defendant's Rule 68 offer of judgment in the amount of $145,000.00 and agreed to surrender the subject vehicle.
