Plaintiff Shally Nguyen alleged that she was driving her vehicle with a passenger (co-plaintiff Kyle Ravelo) southbound on Skyline Blvd. when an employee of defendant, the City and County of San Francisco, driving northbound on Skyline Blvd., attempted to turn westbound onto the dirt patch by the trailhead and struck her vehicle.

Result

San Francisco issued an ordinance authorizing a $35,000 settlement.
