The cases were consolidated, with the parties filing a consolidated fourth amended complaint on August 25, 2022. The class included all hourly, non-exempt employees who had been employed by defendants from November 14, 2016 through September 8, 2021.

PLAINTIFFS' CONTENTIONS: Plaintiffs asserted that defendants violated various wage-and-hour laws and sought Private Attorneys General Act penalties.
DEFENDANTS' CONTENTIONS: Defendants denied all material contentions.
