Facts
On July 27, 1989, Defendant Haeja Suhh backed her vehicle into Plaintiff's automobile at less than 5 mph. Plaintiff alleged that he was stopped and parked. An eyewitness claimed that Plaintiff was moving slowly and looking at a piece of paper when the collision occurred. At the time, Plaintiff was a 35-year-old real estate saleswoman.
