Facts

On October 12, 1992, Plaintiff, a 47-year-old installer of acoustic ceilings, was operating a rented electric sewer auger to clean a clogged drain pipe. The rotating cable-chucking screw hooked Plaintiff's glove and penetrated Plaintiff's forearm.
