On June 22, 1992, on the southbound 57 Freeway near Chapman, there was a three-car rear end accident. Defendant William Munson pushed Defendant Phillis Henderson-Fannan into Plaintiff Larry Hartman, a 35-year-old self-employed owner of a fiberglass business.
