On June 12, 1992, Plaintiff, a 52-year-old comedian, slipped and fell in a supermarket. Plaintiff had a preexisting injury which dated back to 1989. An MRI taken 2 days prior to the slip and fall and the MRI taken after the slip and fall were identical.
