Facts
On February 21, 1993, Plaintiff, a 33-year-old exotic dancer, was Defendant's house guest. Defendant's dog entered the kitchen while Plaintiff was cooking. Plaintiff then dropped a piece of foil that had been covering chicken. When Plaintiff bent down to pick it up, Defendant's dog which was half wolf, half German shepherd, bit her on the chin and mouth.
