Facts
On July 13, 1993, Plaintiff Nancy Veteto, a 38-year-old bookkeeper for a family-owned business, was a guest at Defendant Quality Suites Hotel. Plaintiff entered the bathroom to take a shower and closed the sliding pocket door, behind her. When she attempted to leave after her shower, the pocket door was allegedly stuck closed. While attempting to lift the door from the bottom, Plaintiff injured her right arm.
