Facts
Mr. Haak was driving north on I-15 and struck the vehicle in front of him in a rear end collision; he then lost control and drove across the median and stopped his vehicle, 3 feet into the number 1 lane of southbound traffic. Haak then shut off his vehicle lights and abandoned his vehicle. Plaintiff Gunther Schreiner, a 42-year-old plumber, failed to see Haak's vehicle and struck same; he was thrown from his vehicle.
