Facts
In 1993, the plaintiff, Brandon Peck, a 37-year-old truck driver, had been employed by the defendant, J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc.("J.B. Hunt"), for approximately six years. In September, 1993, the defendant, Michael McCornick, was appointed to the position of terminal manager of the defendant, J.B. Hunt. On November 2, 1993, approximately two months after the new terminal manager took over, the plaintiff's employment was terminated. The reason given to the plaintiff for terminating his employment was that he was allegedly sexually harassing male and female employees. The plaintiff brought this action to trial against the defendants based on sexual preference discrimination and sexual discrimination theories of recovery.
