Facts
Plaintiff Daniel Blair, a 38-year-old, and plaintiff Robert Camacho, a 35-year-old, were employed as hazardous waste materials specialists by the defendant county of Riverside. The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendants based wrongful termination, unlawful harassment and whistleblower theories of recovery.
