Facts
On Feb. 7, 1994, the plaintiff, a 53-year-old homemaker, was involved in a rear-end collision. Five months later, the plaintiff was involved in a second rear-end collision as she was driving home from physical therapy. In the second collision, the defendant driver's vehicle rearended her vehicle. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendants, the driver in the second accident and the driver's employer, based on negligence and respondeat superior theories of recovery.
