Facts
On Nov. 11, 1993, the plaintiff mother presented to the defendant hospital to deliver the plaintiff infant. The plaintiff mother contenDed that the defendants delayed one-half hour in performing a cesarian section causing the minor plaintiff's injuries. The defendants denied that there was a delay. The plaintiffs brought this action against the defendants, the hospital and the doctors, based on negligence, medical malpractice and negligent infliction of emotional distress theories of recovery.
