Facts
0From 1991 to 1995, the plaintiff was employed by the defendant corporation as an on-site resident manager at one of the defendant corporation's apartment complexes. The plaintiff claimed that from January through June 1995, she was sexually harassed by another resident manager, a married woman. The plaintiff claimed the co-worker pushed her breasts against her and attempted to put her fingers under the plaintiffs' blouse. The plaintiff claimed she complained of the alleged sexual harassment to officials of the defendant corporation, but the company failed to investigate or take sufficient remedial action. The defendant corporation transfered the allegedly offending co-worker to another property away from the plaintiff. The plaintiff claimed the defendant corporation and its principals failed to timely hire a new manager, thus increasing her work load. The plaintiff claimed she was forced to resign because of the alleged retaliation. The plaintiff brought this action against the corporation, its owner and its vice president based on constructive discharge and retaliation theories of recovery.
