Facts
On July 31, 1993, plaintiff Adrienne Larkin, a 46-year-old attorney, was driving her vehicle at approximately 35 mph when she was cut off by the driver of a van who merged into her lane. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on a negligence theory of recovery.
