Plaintiff Patricia Allen, a 51-year-old executive assistant for defendant Val Scott, president and CEO of defendant USA, Inc., claimed that she was constructively discharged after six weeks of employment. The plaintiff alleged defendant Scott made unwelcome sexual advances and touched her, creating a hostile work environment. The defendant claimed the acts did not occur. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on wrongful termination, sexual harassment and invasion of privacy theories of recovery.
