Facts
On Nov. 4, 1996, plaintiff Miyuki was stopped for red light when she was rear-ended by defendant Bochard. The plaintiff sustained extensive property damage. She went to he family doctor the next day, received medication and some therapy. She was then referred to an accupuncturist, and to a neurologist for consultation and a chiropracter. The plaintiff brought this action against the defendant based on negligence.
