Defendant company hosted an artist benefit at Temecula winery/vineyard owned by defendant
winery. Plaintiff attended the art exhibit with co-workers. At the conclusion of the program,
plaintiff exited through a darkened path used for parking lot access. Plaintiff tripped and fell over
a dark picnic bench inadvertently left in the path by defendants.
