Facts

The plaintiff contended building code violations relative to the subject walkway crack. The height differential of
the crack was more than one half inch vertical and accordingly it should have been repaired or beveled/ramped.
The plaintiff claimed that all of her medical expenses and injuries were attributable to the incident.

Settlement Discussions
