Plaintiff Bonnie Chermak received chiropractic manipulations from defendant Dr. Jeffrey Tirsch. Prior to the
manipulations, she had a small disc bulge at L5-S1 level. Three months after ceasing chiropractic treatments
with the defendant, she discovered that she had a 7 mm extruded herniated disc at L5-S1 level.
